Resources to Help You Get Free of Nicotine Addiction

The following resources may be very helpful to you on your nicotine-free journey, regardless of whether you are getting your nicotine from tobacco such as cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipe, chewing tobacco,or vapes (electronic smoking devices) including mods, hookhah pens, there is compassionate, non-judgemental help available, honoring your own pace, schedule and readiness to change.  If one method doesn't work, try another one until you are completely free of all nicotine cravings. Help for low income people is also available.

NOTE: we do not recommend e-cigarettes (vapes) or any electronic smoking devices for smoking cessation. Research shows that FDA approved smoking cessation methods such as nicotine patches, nicotine gum, inhalers, etc. available at pharmacies are far more effective than vaping devices, especially combined with a life-style support program, (such as the ones listed below) to help you sustain permanent success.  Recent studies show that vaping devices can be harmful to your health.

Congratulations on taking the most important step by researching your options!

Check out these resources below, most of which are free of charge or very affordable!
