The following resources may be very helpful to you on your nicotine-free journey, regardless of whether you are getting your nicotine from tobacco, electronic smoking devices such as e-cigarettes, mods, hookhah pens,  cigarillos, chewing tobacco, splits, honey blunts, cigars or cigarettes, these people and organizations provide compassionate, non-judgemental help at your own pace, schedule and readiness to change.  If one method doesn't work, try another one until you are completely free of all nicotine cravings. Help for low income people is also available.

Type Of Service: Provides community-based tobacco cessation groups for adults, referrals and tobacco education services throughout Marin County. Consultation, training and technical assistance are available to behavioral health and medical staffs.

Cost: Free of charge. Nicotine patches or gum available to qualified participants at reduced cost.
